📍 Service Overview

The Laundry Connoisseur LLC provides Residential and Commercial Wash, Dry, and Fold Laundry Services with FREE Pick-up and Delivery. 

Services are offered by scheduled appointment only.


🕒 Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or direct contact.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment may incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in service refusal.


💼 Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Clients must ensure laundry is bagged and ready at the designated pickup time and location.

  • If laundry is not available upon arrival and no communication is received, it may be considered a "no-show" and subject to a $10 missed pick-up fee.

  • Deliveries will be made to the location specified by the client at the time of booking.


🧺 Laundry Handling & Liability

  • We take great care in washing, drying, and folding your garments. However, The Laundry Connoisseur LLC is not responsible for:

    • Damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, gum, etc.)

    • Color bleeding or shrinkage due to manufacturer’s fabric quality

    • Items not suitable for machine wash/dry unless specified in advance

  • We recommend clients separate delicates or dry-clean-only items before handing off laundry.


📦 Lost or Damaged Items

  • Any issues regarding lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Verified claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be compensated up to 2x the service value (not retail value of items).


💳 Payment & Fees

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include card, invoice, or approved business account.

  • Late payments may incur a $5 fee per week past due.


🛑 Right to Refuse Service

  • The Laundry Connoisseur LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate behavior, repeated late payments, or unsafe pick-up/drop-off conditions.
